Yes, I bought pdts from Avene yesterday!

Supposedly ALL Avene pdts can be used for sensitive skin, but say if your skin is hypersensitive like how my skin is feeling recently, the above series would be the more ideal 1.

Went cwp with Yus yesterday after work, wanting to get their Anti Shine Lotion. Went in to JL, but the SA there makes me feel she's so bitchy that after asking her a lot of questions, I turned and walked away without buying anything, Hahah.. was feeling mean and evil yesterday.. 

Extremely Gentle Cleanser and the Skin Recovery Cream

Then I went to try Metro, and the SA there is so nice and kind that I got sweet talked into buying the above pdts(bundle of $49) instead of what I wanted initially! Lolx.. But the SA is really *thumbs up*, very polite and patient when explaining all my queries and nicely recommending the pdts to me. She even offered to gave me samples.. (JL SA don't even want to give when I tried to ask) Wanted the Diacneal initially, but SA say don't have so she offered other pdts instead.. So thoughtful right!

Samples: Skin Recovery Cream, Cleanance Anti-Shine Lotion, Cleanance K Skincare, Cleanance Toner

And! I also bought their Avene Thermal Water Spray($20.30 for 2). Lolx, shared the purchase with Yus cause she wanted to get but only needs 1.

Total Damage?? About $70+, but i paid $60 in total cause share Spray purchase.

Feeling Happy yet kinda scared I'll regret my purchase.. Tried the cleanser this morning.. No foam feels so weird.. lolx.. Toner is pretty alright, moisturiser can't really comment yet.. Have to see monitor a few more days i guess.. 

Silk Naturals - Perfect Harmony Sample Kit

OKay! After days, weeks and months of dragging I finally got around to do a post up on how i use their Perfect Harmony Kit.

Includes:

1 Teaspoon of Ivory

1/2 Teaspoon Of Different Base, Warm Gold, Buttery Gold, Olive and Ebony

10g Jar for mixing

1 Measuring Scoop

1 Flocked Sponge

Sample sachet of finishing powder and a eye colour

Instruction Sheet(Lost somewhere.. Lolx)

I choose Buttery Gold & Ivory.. *Tips: see their website for more description on each different base*

Scoop 1 spoonful of Buttery Gold into the mixing jar..

Then time to add in Ivory..

Depending on your skin tone.. You might want to add 3 or 4 spoonful to mix first to try out, and increase the number of spoonful as you deem fit.. *Tips: Search their forums, lots of advise for different skin tones*

Then start mixing..

You'll see something like that.. *PS, i added about 8 spoonful of Ivory lolx*

End pdt.. *Not the best match as it seems duller than my previous 1.. shall twit the base a little.. hahah..

Anyway I did a comparison between my previous recipe and I think the previous 1 is a closer match..

*Tips: Always remember the number of spoonful and base used!*

So that's how I did my mix for Silk Naturals Foundation~

Pros:

Fun to mix around

Get perfect match(eventually)

Does not cakes up on my face

Medium Coverage

Cheap & Affordable

Cons:

Might not get the perfect match at first try

Not fully matt

Guess I need to order more to play around with different recipes!! Hahah..

Heated Eyelash Curler & Maybelline Eyes & Lips Makeup Remover

Okay, time to post up my Eyecurl Heated eyelash curler aka bdae present! hahaha

Yea, this is the one i got from Sasa

@ the price of $15.90 (sad-ed no disc during that time)

It works really well for me.. keeps my eyelashes curled almost for the whole day.. Forgot to take pic of it yesterday.. will do that tmr if i can.. (eyelids swollen.. super suay!)

Once I have the pic of my eyelashes up, will post up a review soon! Hee..

Oh, and I got this!

Maybelline Eyes & Lips Makeup Remover, $1.95 for a small bottle.. =)

So far have only tried it with Maybelline Mascara, so all's easy to remove.. Shall try it with the SANA.. again tmr! hahaha

So cute right.. the comic character on the packaging.. Bought it kinda on impulse after seeing raves and raves for this pdt/brand.. At first look, I probably woudn't even consider getting it.. But.. reviews from cotters and online shows that it's a very popular and highly raved item.. Though now the current raves are the Fairy Drops Mascara.. No impulse to purchase yet.. And it more costly..

Can you believe it? I bought it only at @ the price of 6USD, through ebay with free postage!

Volume and Curl! That's sounds like something I need.. Especially the CURL part..

But, I'm not likely to use it YET, cause I've just opened my tube of SANA Mascara..

I think I really like to see my makeup collection grow each day... hahh =x (bad habit must change!)

Avene Emulsion - Anti Shine Regulating Lotion

Looks big right? It's actually just a 5ml sample tube.. Heee...

Have been using this product for about a week plus.. So far, i'm loving it each day! Hahah.. Initially I thought it was like a oil control serum or something, turns out it's a moisturiser actually. Ok so here's my review..

Pros:

Suitable for even sensitive skin

Great oil-controlling anti shine

A little each time, goes a longgg way

Easy to spread or pat

Fast absorption

Able to use with makeup

Cons

It's a sample size.. (i'm still using it though)

Little costly

Can be a little drying if over-apply

Overall: 8.5/10

Lolx.. basically everything is great, a little dot is enough for each cheek.. Just like this..*see below*

Only bad point is the price is a little costly for me.. Selling at the price of $30~$40... Hmm but I know that TTSH is selling it for $30.90(?)

So tempting! Oh well.. till I get my pay first...
